siguraduhing mainit na ang mantika
igisa ang sibuyas at luya

ibuhos ang tubig (4-5 tasa), chicken cubes, patis, asin, paminta, vetsin na ayon sayong panlasa

pakuluin ng 5-10 miuntes

ilagay ang manok

haluin

pakuluin ng 20 minutes o hanggang malambot na ang manok

ilagay ang sayote at dahon ng sili

pakuluin ng 3 minutes

ingatang wag ma-over cook ang sayote

kainan na! :D
